Installations
(1) The valve mounted on the pipeline. Valve can be installed in either end of the upstream side. Driven by the valve handle can be installed anywhere in the pipeline. But with a gear box or pneumatic drives pneumatic pipe valve should be installed upright, that is installed in horizontal pipelines, and the drive is pipelines top.
(2) Between the ball valve flange and pipe flange design by piping installed gasket.
(3) Bolts on the flange to be symmetric, successive, evenly tightened.
(4) Connect air line (pneumatic drive).
3, the inspection after installation
(1) Drive start operation, pneumatic pipe valve closed several times, should be flexible without Shies, confirmed it is working.
(2) Design requirements by pipeline and pneumatic pipe on the pipe between the valves sealing Flange for inspection.
