Productions’ structural characteristics
ANSI Flange-connection hard-sealed Lift plug valves is suitable for the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power industry and other working conditions of the pipe line with nominal pressure CLASS150-1500LBS and operating temperature -29 ~ 550 ℃, cutting off or cutting in pipeline medium.
The main structural features
1, the product is with rational structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, beautiful modeling;
2, Open and close process of the valve is carried out under the state that the sealing surface is being broken away. So it will not cause damage caused by wear on the sealing surface.
3,With two-way flow, installation is more convenient.
4, Parts materials and flange dimensions can be reasonably choosing and matching based on the actual working conditions or the user request, meeting the needs of a variety of projects.
Working principle of opening and closing the valve
Valves’ open and close process: when open the valve, firstly, revolving the hand wheel to raise the plug and break it away from the sealing surface. And then revolving the handle for 90 ° again, so that the plug channel and the valve body channel interlinked to achieve the purpose of opening. The valve closure process is firstly rotating handle for 90 °, the plug channel and the valve body channel is vertical, and then rotating hand wheel again to achieve the purpose of seal.
